Breaking Circus Mentorship Program 2025/26
The Breaking Circus Collective is back with another round of Circus Mentorship!
This 6-month program welcomes emerging/aspiring artists and/or creative technicians from various backgrounds to cultivate new skills and grow as creatives.
For those interested in our circus mentorship program, our first encounter sessions will take place at Breaking Circus Studio (2164 Amalamek Way – near the Cogswell Interchange):
November 19 (Wed) 2025 – 6pm-8pm
November 20 (Thurs) 2025 – 6pm-8pm
November 22 (Sat) 2025 – 1pm-3pm
These free sessions allow interested individuals to safely try out a variety of circus arts disciplines and for our team to get to know you better. No previous training in circus arts is required and no material needs to be prepared in advance. Session participants will be led through a series of circus arts activities by Breaking Circus Collective, a Black-led company of artists. Welcoming of all intersectional identities and histories.
